Shipping policy

At CarryEase Baby, we work to process and ship orders as quickly as possible from our U.S. warehouse.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

U.S. Delivery Times

Typical U.S. delivery time is 2-5 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, or other events outside our control.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. CarryEase Baby is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Lost Or Delayed Packages

If your package appears delayed or missing, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking number. If you still need help, contact us and we will assist where possible.

Eligible CarryEase Baby orders ship from our U.S. warehouse. Product availability may vary by color and bundle selection.
